The seller is ILINI, a company based at 18-20 rue Tronchet, 69006 Lyon, France and registered under No. 830.579.256 RCS LYON.

A Gift Card is a downloadable digital file containing a code giving preferential access to ILINI for a certain period of time. It is not a physical card.

The buyer of a Gift Card may ask for a full refund within 1 month of the purchase, for any reason.

When making a purchase, you must complete a form containing personal data. This data is securely processed by STRIPE, a third-party payment provider. Your credit card details are never stored on ILINI’s servers.

By purchasing a Gift Card on ilini.com, you agree to the processing and storage of your data by STRIPE, in accordance with STRIPE’s service agreement.

In addition, your personal data (excluding credit card details) is processed by QUADERNO, a third-party invoicing provider. By purchasing a Gift Card on ilini.com, you agree to the processing and storage of your data by QUADERNO in accordance with QUADERNO’s terms of service.

ILINI keeps a record of your name and email address for the needs of the transaction, and may occasionally send you ILINI information and offers in the future. You may opt out from emails not related to the purchase of your Gift Card by sending an email to contact@ilini.com. ILINI will never sell your personal data to any third party.
